AWESOME Doctor!! Very kind, caring and skilled! I am terrified of dentists and have been putting off having my wisdom teeth pulled for years. I had appointments with several oral surgeons but always chickened out. Several of my co-workers had taken their kids to see Dr Heise and raved about how good he was. So I finally went, Dr Heise was as good as they said. My surgery went perfect, way better than I ever imagined.

About Front Desk: The staff was very friendly and efficient. They were helpful in answering all of my insurance questions.

Simply outstanding. Had wisdom teeth removed under sedation. Didnt feel a thing. Out and about later the same day. No post surgical pain at all, didnt need a single pill. Staff is exceptionally pleasant and the girls are cute too. I doubt you will find a more appealing oral surgery outfit here in Sacramento. Mike 40

Dr. Heise was very nice, professional and knew exactly what he was doing. I got two of my wisdom teeth removed and it took about 20 minutes to do that. I was sedated and then I do not remember a thing. There was no pain whatsoever after. I took motrin twice just so that pain does not start and it never did. I was back on my feet in 2 hours. The dentist called to check how I was doing. Great!!!

Dr. Heise removed my wisdom teeth approximately 5 years ago. I developed a post-op infection a few days later. I went to see Dr. Heise and told him that I was certain I had an infection. He dismissed my concerns and told me that all I had was normal swelling. Two days later I was hospitalized with a massive jaw infection requiring surgery and weeks to recuperate. All of which could have been saved by my request for anitbiotics at the time. Thank God for Dr. Margaret Delmore who literally saved my life. I would not let Dr. Heise touch me or a family member again.

Had 4 wisdom teeth extracted. I was able to get a consultation appointment within three days of calling, and had procedure two days after that. Clinic operates at a brisk pace (appt took only about 1 hour total including recovery) and my first impression was that the practice was a "treat 'em and street 'em" operation. However, Dr. Heise and his staff did take ample time to explain everything and make me comfortable. It is accurate to say that the practice is efficient but careful with their patients. The procedure was somewhat less painful than anticipated, thanks to very very good comfort sedation. Cannot gauge cost as I don't know the going rate for similar procedures, but it pretty much maxed out my dental insurance for the year (and I have double coverage) so the procedure seems expensive, but if you need it, you need it, right? Waiting room could have been a bit larger for the volume of patients to be seen during both of my visits there. I have no problem recommending Dr. Heise to anyone who needs a similar procedure done.

A really nice guy. Great service! He extracted my daughter's tooth. He gave her the choice of medication/gas and he even called to follow up on her later in the day . Highly Recommend!
