He's a good doctor and is good at what he does. I really think he needs to rethink at how is office staff treat his patient when he's not there. She is not only rude to the patient but she is also rude to doctors office as well.
About Front Desk: AMANDA is AWFUL and I don't know why she is still there since she is NOT the BRIGHTEST tool in that office. You may be a good doctor but pt also judge you base on your practice and your staff. In this case I would have to say it's a ZERO. It's just sad that certain insurance will ONLY allow us to see him. I'm writing this review base on a professional point of view coming from a referring physician and base of the amount of trouble that she has put our pt through. Plus how she has treats us on the phone when we call her. We will talk to some of our insurance carrier to see if there are other option out there for our pt.

This is by far the best Dentist/ Oral Surgen I have ever met and the staff and the facillities are all top notch. My General Dentist reffered Dr. Phelps to me so that I could get my wisdom teeth extracted. Although its a relatively high price its worth every penny to me. I would reccomend him to anyone.
