The worst experience ever. He was incredibly rude, would not listen to me. His staff is horrible and so incompetent it's laughable. I was charged for things he didn't do. He and his staff refused to amend the bill when I pointed it out. Still fighting that one. Everything about my visit with him was botched. They lost my dentist instructions. Left my appliance at another location. Inconvenienced my driver incredibly. Just BAD in every possible way.

He extracted 4 wisdom teeth - did a great job - friendly - knowledgeable and explained everything in detail.

Dr Reck was very nice but the office staff was horrible. The manager spoke to employees like they were slaves and would talk over them as they spoke. When I asked her name she ask me "why do you need to know that?" Her name was Nancy. The procedure was also very expensive.

Dr. Reck is the best ! I drove 8 hours just to come see him! He made sure I was comfortable and made sure I knew and understood everything that was going on. Dr. Reck and his staff are very friendly! I will for sure be using him everytime

Dr. Reck did everything he said he would, and his staff was friendly. While I'm not healing the ideal way, that's more my jaws fault than his.

Dr Reck was very pleasant and knowledgeable when it came to my implant. He explained everything upfront, handled me with great care and concern and my implant was completely successful. The first 2 sessions I had for the beginning of the implant were very painless procedures, the final treatment was a little sore afterward but went away quickly. The process as a whole was pretty painless and he made me very comfortable every time I went in. My insurance and billing was all taken care of by the excellent staff and any questions I had were all answered to my satisfaction. If I ever need another implant, Dr Reck would be my only choice and recommendation for anyone else needing the same procedure.

Surgical repair of broken jaw. I was initially upset that I had to wait nearly 24 hours for Dr. Reck to schedule the surgery. Once I met him I was quite relieved. His bedside manner is excellent. He is very reassuring. My surgery was a success. Dealing with Dr. Reck's staff during the post surgical visits was good. The front desk was very helpful. Insurance billing procedures were well handled. As a result of my accident I developed TMD. Dr Reck gave me referrals for physical therapy and to a dentist who specializes in TMJ therapy.

AWFUL experience! Would not go back or recommend anyone else to Dr Reck.
