Dr. Gesek was great, however - the billing practices at this office seem to be corrupt. I confirmed prior to the appointment that the office is participating with my plan. The copay was collected at time of service for the procedure. However, for the second month in a row - I have received the bill for the full cost of the procedure and I have confirmed with Blue Cross that they still have not received the claim. These are certainly questionable billing practices, and I have gotten absolutely nowhere with the billing rep. I am getting Florida Blue advocacy team involved, and whatever other government agencies that can be of assistance.

Excellent sever lung disease had top teeth pulled then 1/2 on bottom then the other half done kind reassuring painless very good at his job anybody with health issues I recommend highly thank you doc

Never went back in to finish my implant. I wasn't gone pay them my money after the way I got treated.

About Front Desk: The Dr. was great but his staff was so unprofessional, they bill my insurance wrong. I didn't even finish my implant through him, I'll rather take my money eles where.

Office staff was very unprofessional. Received the run around for about a month until I could schedule an appointment for my son. I called just about daily to see if they would call the insurance company for authorization.They refused to call the insurance company for authorization.I had to do all the leg work only to find out they dropped the ball.The insurance company repeatedly faxed and verbally confirmed the approval for the procedure. However they had to have something in writing. After they finally received a mailed letter I was able to schedule my son appointment I confirmed the out of pocket expenses with the insurance company, however when I arrived at the appointment, I was surprised to hear the amount was different from that which the insurance company quoted me. The amount was different because they pre-bill for anesthesia. I asked if I could be billed the difference and was advised no. My son appointment was at 8am, however the bank didn't open till 9am. I asked if they could start on him so he wouldn't miss his appointment. They stated NO, fees have to be paid, not only was it upsetting that they didn't inform me of the appointment, they didn't inform me of the fees that would be due.

About Front Desk: Customer service goes a long way and this office is certainly missing the mark on it. I would not recommend this office as they seem to forget that customers are valuable.

I am extremely happy with the treatment this office has provided me and my family. Dr. Gesek removed the impacted wisdom teeth of 3 of my sons over the past several years, and then I required his skills to remove a growth from my mouth. I was very nervous before the procedure, having had a bad experience with an oral surgeon years ago. I was very pleasantly surprised by how quick and painless the procedure was, and I credit this to the skills of my surgeon, Dr. Gesek. The procedure was quick, but not rushed. I was well prepared for the procedure and what to expect, without prolonging my anxiety leading up to the procedure. The healing process has been easy. Also, all his staff was knowledgeable, caring and compassionate, from the front desk personnel who understood what I was saying with a mouth full of Novocaine and cotton packing, to the nurse who assisted the doctor during the procedure, and the wonderful nurse who offered to hold my hand during the procedure for moral support. Thank you Dr. Gesek and staff!

I do not even get to complete my wisdom tooth removal with this inconsiderate, sadistic, unprofessional human. He was very rude and hateful towards me even knowing there was terrible anxiety on my end. He was screaming at me, trying to shove bite guards in my mouth, asking what my problem is, why I'm acting like this and etc. I cannot believe this individual has a license. If you truly love/care about yourself or whoever you're taking, I would HIGHLY advise seeking a different medical provider.

About Front Desk: Their service was terrible, there was no communication, barely answered/ returned phone calls and when they did were extremely rude and would not answer any questions.

Referred my 21 yr old pregnant daughter to this office on an emergency. With documented ok from her OB/GYN for procedure he called her a liar to her face, said her OB Dr was incompetent (yet she's one of the best), refused to listen to daughters complaints. She has wisdom tooth that has broken molar root, swelled her face & jaw about shut & caused infection & horrible pain. Refused to use sedation to remove the 3 teeth, refused to get her back in for extraction for a week & said his partner would do it, complained about having to be at work when he's starting his 2 week vacation tomorrow. I could continue but it boils down to he is a VERY RUDE, NASTY, UNCOMPASSIONATE, SELFISH JERK & QUACK. My daughter was traumatized by a dentist when she was 8 & this JERK didn't help her at all but he sure took her money & told her that getting her back in earlier "was not his problem" gave her a script for antibiotics but refused to make sure it was safe for her to take being pregnant. I'm so outraged that I have canceled my future apts with his partner Immray costing over $4000 cash. They just lost all my families business & we are cash paying customers not insurance. I'm reporting his neglect, abusive behavior & rudeness to the dental board

Was very nervous about having my tooth pulled. Stressed for days before. Day of the visit, after numbing, Dr. Gesek walked right in, asked me to open up and the tooth was out seconds later. I didn't find him unpleasant, just matter of fact and to the point. I liked his relaxed manner, it helped me relax and I'm a huge baby. I was relieved by how quickly it was over. A few weeks later staff happily removed a food particle that was stuck in the healing socket. Healing went well and quickly.No issues one year later. Returned for a consultation on wisdom teeth I need out and felt like the staff member was patient and courteous while addressing my concerns. The bad reviews on here are making me nervous but based on my prior experience I am going to follow through with my appointment and pray for the best.
