I took my daughter to this "professional," The only thing professional about this practice is the absolute professional bilking I received. I was told inadequate insurance information. I was billed for anesthesia that was supposedly "uncovered" by insurance only to be double billed. They received my cash and billed the insurance for this. What they forgot was that I received annual statements about insurance expenses. Once confronted, they played stupid. Once would have been okay, but they played false on four (4) separate occasions. I did after confrontation get my money back. The Dr. is more interested in his bank account than his supposed patients, and his staff matches!!!!!.

About Front Desk: Not worth mentioning. Dr. Tayapongsak is responsible for his staff, which is not saying much, especially his office manager/insurance specialist.

Dr. T was referred to us by our dear Dr. Domingoes in St. Augustine, who we think is the best. Hunter's wisdom teeth needed to come out, and I was really apprehensive about ANYONE working on my son. However, Dr. Domingoes said that Dr. T was a professor of his at UF Dental, and that he was terrific. If Dr. Domingoes gives someone his thumbs up, I will follow. As soon as we met Dr. T, we were at ease. His staff was super friendly and supportive. They worked with my son's dental insurance. It was just a great experience. My son is so glad there are only four wisdom teeth - he was way more brave than I expected. But the medication and after- care was excellent, as well. The location and appearance of the office is a little 'off-putting', but we hung in there with our dentist's recommendation, and I'm really glad we did.

I went in to have some wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Tayapongsak was so helpful. He made jokes to make me feel comfortable (and with his accent even if the jokes aren't funny you will be smiling) He was completely reassuring and made the entire process a breeze. I have recommended others to him and they have all came back and thanked me with nothing but great things to say. As someone said in another review, I wish I could go to Dr. Tayapongsak for all of my dental needs! TOP NOTCH!!!!!

The dr. took me in at the arrival of Tropical Storm Fay, literally. The lights were flickering, wind howling, etc. but he waited to see me because I had an emergency. Dr. Tayapongsak did a wonderful job at extracting my tooth and I couldn't believe how quick and easy it all was. I would return to the office.

My extraction at Tayapongsak's office was easily the best dental procedure I've ever had. Nice office. The front-desk lady I dealt with was pushy and rude. But I had sedation and the staff member who dealt with me and gave me the IV (his name was Eric) was AWESOME. He was very relaxing. Tayapongsak is a great guy, too. He makes a lot of jokes and tries hard to keep patients happy. He is an oral surgeon. I wish I could go to him for ALL of my dental procedures!!

My regular dentist referred me to this oral surgeon for an extraction. I was terrified as this would be my 1st extraction ever and I have aways had a great fear of the dentist. Well, Dr. T was great! The procedure was completed in less that 15 minutes and with minimal discomfort. I was pleased with the service received and the facility is very nice, clean, and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this oral surgeon for anythng. "He's my hero!" LOL :-)
