i was a nervous wreck. the doctor and his assistant were great in calming me down once he got me numb the rest was easy. all i can say is great doc great staff would not hesitate to go back.

About Front Desk: she got me in on an emergency and when i arrived was greeted and felt very comfortable.

I did like Dr. Sullivan as a dentist, and I also liked the dental assistant who helped preform my wisdom teeth extraction, but I would not recommend that ANYONE use his service until he fires his only receptionist, Janet, who is incompetent beyond belief.

About Front Desk: After Janet losing my insurance information in the mail, failing to return my calls consistently, even when I attempted 3+ times and when the message was urgent, and--MOST IMPORTANTLY--failing to call in prescriptions for Valium the night before my surgery and THE DAY LATER failing to call in nausea medication while I was miserable and vomiting--it was the fault of the fax machine, and the insurance information was lost in the mail, of course--I am beyond livid with her lack of performance and rudeness (including the rudeness of his answering service), and would not return to Dr. Sullivan's office. It's really too bad, but if the face of your practice is someone who makes your patients doubt the quality, promptness, and attentiveness of your service, you are not a dentist that I would recommend. BEWARE.

First and foremost do not be deterred by Dr. Sullivan's apparent lack of people skills, his office is not a bubbley office by any means. Dr. Sullivan is clearly a seasoned professional and my procedure was a glowing example of nothing less. I had all wisdom teeth removed on 2 occasions, he was extremely fast and performed without hesitation. I would recommend anyone to this practice.

Extractions are never a pleasant experience, but Dr. Sullivan and his staff do a great job of putting the patient at ease and making it as painless as possible. Highly recommend!

Dr. Bruce Sullivan had to remove infected root canals from my mouth and the process was almost painless. He is a master of his profession and a compassionate Doctor. Sincerely, Jamie

Dr. Sullivan removed a molar that was slowly being crushed into nothingness as well as an impacted wisdom tooth that was doing the crushing. Other than the initial stick of the needle to numb me up I felt NO pain during the procedure. Was there a lot of pressure and drilling and all sorts of assorted unpleasantries? Sure, but I was having one tooth pulled and another drilled out of my head! At best I was hoping to leave there looking like a chipmunk with a bandage holding my jaw shut--to the contrary, I left with just a wad of gauze and a prescription. And yes, I was swollen and sore for the next couple of days but again, it was surgery, not a lip wax! For an admitted dentist-phobe like myself Dr. Sullivan did a fantastic, pain free job. I would go back to him in a heart beat and would recommend him to anyone.

I had an infection in my gum. Was refered to Dr. Sullivan by a co-worker. The infection was extensive, so he really had to work on my gum, but he did a great job! I opted for local novacaine and the procedure itself was painless. The first day after the procedure was tought, but I was back to normal within 3 days. It's been 4 years since and no problems!!

He was very patient and courteous. Had 4 wisom teeth removed, called to ask a question that night and spoke to the answering service at about 9pm he called back 5 minutes later. Above the call of Duty. Great Job! Reidar

Did my wisdom teeth and my wife is having hers done nedxt week. Friendly doc and completely pain free.
