Didn't even get to set up the appointment because the receptionist was so rude! I hung up before she could continue to yell at me for not knowing exactly which tooth numbers needed extraction. After all of the bad reviews you would think they would learn and try to be better. But you can't teach a person who is rotten on the inside to treat others with respect.

I was exposed to other patient's blood in this Dr.'s "recovery" area due to unchanged cot and pillow covers. I saw this when I woke up.They refused to give me gauze even though I was still bleeding heavily when they told me I was OK to go.I waited over 2 1/2 hours to get my teeth extracted. I was 15 min. early for my appointment. Both he and his nurse acted like I was insignificant and all they wanted to do was to roll me through like I was on a conveyor belt. TERRIBLE experience. The good reviews I've seen for him must have been left by people that had never seen a good dentist before. He was light years away from being even a fair dentist. The whole place felt and looked dirty.

. I was told I would need a root canal in the future. When I finally saw a dentist, he referred me to Dr. Midtling for an extraction. I was in great pain for a long time before I arrived. They got me in as soon as possible. Dr. Midtling did my IV insertion himself and I have to say, I am a nurse who does IVs. He could put a lab tech to shame. What technique. I didn't feel a thing. He was kind, professional and as quick as he could be. His staff are wonderful. His nurse was efficient and courteous, even though she was extremely busy. I would definitely recommend this oral surgeon. He also respects Veterans and you can tell. I too am a military vet.

About Front Desk: Lisa is fabulous. She was swamped and still kept a smile on her face, while delivering wonderful service at the same time. Very friendly and helpful. She is an asset.
