Recommend to others,...you've got to be kidding. This "so-called" doctor is a jerk. He destroyed my mouth by doing an abscess tooth extraction. This bozo reminds me of Steve Martin in "Little Shop of Horrors", as he seems to derive pleasure in causing great pain. Said he would stick with me until we got things right,..then told his staff to tell me to find a different doctor. Stay away from this office. No good will come of your visit to this sadist. Did not ever file insurance. I eventually had to file insurance myself. Worst dentist in my 65 years. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else. Nobody could be worse than this dentist (doctor). He missed out on the Hippocratic Oath and showed up for the Hypocrite oath. Avoid this office at all costs.

About Front Desk: Pleasant in person,...rude on the telephone. More hypocrites. Call to schedule a follow-up for a failed oral surgery and told to go find a different doctor. Never filed any insurance,...even after requested. I got upset at their incompetence,...so to solve the problem, they called the police to try and get me arrested. The police called,...we had a pleasant conversation and they told me the constantly receive threat calls like this from this office. Police told me to get an attorney. Good luck to anyone who ventures to this "dentist".

I had TMJ surgery performed by a Dr. other than Dr. Kram. After surgery, I was not improving any and decided to get a second opinion because the old Dr. was not helping me. After visiting Dr. Kram and trying to schedule another follow up apt, I was told that Dr. Kram said he could not help me and refused to see me. It's really a shame when a Dr. refuses to see someone and attempt to help them when they are in pain everyday. I would NOT recommend Dr. Kram or any other Dr. in his office.

I had mini dental implants put in on October 17, 2008. I started having trouble with one of the implants on March 15, 2009 almost 6 months later, I went back to the Dr. Kram who put the implants in and told him that 1 of the implants are loose, he told me to go home and take antibiotics that he then prescribed to me. I left the office and 1 week later the implant fell out. I called his office and was told he is at a dental conference and won't be back until the following week. I called the following week and was told very rudely that he won't be back until "some time" in April. Today is March 25 and I have blisters where the implant use to be, I can not now put in my lower denture. I have 3 other implants that prevent me from closing my mouth. BEWARE OF THIS PARTICULAR Kram's rip off, He is an unscrupulous dentist who will screw up your smile and teeth.

I had TMJ surgery by k. Kram. They took part of my hip bone, moved my upper jaw out and down, cut out part of my lower jaw and moved it back. I was numb for years, 16 years later, I am still having pain in my right ear, clicking, can hardly chew or bite , my teeth don't come together all the way, so I can't chew very well. I have a lot of stomach problems because of this. I have pain in the whole right side of my face. When I complained after the surgery that I was having problems, the office refused to see me at all. I would not advise anyone togo to Kenneth Kram.

Dr. Kram and his staff are first rate. I don't know what the results of my care are yet but they got me in right away and took care of my jaw the same day. I have a broken jaw and it hurt like hell (maybe more than hell kind of like the worst pain ever) but after he put it back together iIfeel like a new man. I don't know how ill feel after 6 weeks in this contraption, but I know that to get rid of that pain was freeking wonderful. Thanks Dr. Kram and Staff.
