No issue with the doctor he got the job done. Tooth needed to be extracted and the procedure was completed without an issue.

About Front Desk: Office staff was the worst. Yells out its going to be 200.00 dollars today. I stayed in my seat bc not accustom to paying for bill prior to services being rendered and when I questioned that practice receptionist stated I could pay at the end. After the procedure I paid and a different staff member assisted me and stated it was 220.00. I guess I got fined for questioning their procedure for collecting payment. They said oh the dentist had to do a root tip, okay. Well if you would have charged me at the beginning would you have charged me the difference at the end. Just doesn't make sense to me and feel as though it was retaliation for my question. Won't recommend based on this incident.

Both of my teenage sons had 4 impacted wisdom teeth out. They had no pain when they came home. They had no swelling and were out the next day with their friends.

I had a tooth implant, including extraction, implant itself and some gum work to build up the gum. I had general anesthesia for the first implant procedure, and roughed it for the other work at his recommendation. D. B was very good - explaining everything as we went, has a good professional manner and demeanor, worked fairly quickly and considerately and the results are excellent. It's a tooth near the front, and no one looking at my teeth would know it was an implant. Took a year and cost several thousand dollars after insurance but it was worth it. Definitely would recommend D. Bosentka.

Our family is so grateful that we know Dr. Bozenka. He and his staff were wonderful and treated us well. Our first experience with Dr. Bozenka was when our 5-year old had to have a tooth extracted. She did great and Dr. Bozenka even allowed me to hold her hand during the procedure. Nine years later she had to have her wisdom teeth removed and sailed through the procedure. Dr. Bozenka did a wonderful job keeping her calm. She had no problems after the surgery. Our second child had to have several teeth removed for her braces. Dr. Bozenka removed the teeth and there were no post- op problems. This summer (2010) our daughter just had her wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Bozenka. She had no trouble after surgery. Dr. Bozenka also called us after each surgery to check on our teens. He and his staff are wonderful.

I went to Dr. Bozentka because my mother took me there to get teeth removed for braces 10 years ago. I hated it because I got my teeth removed. Fast forward 10 years my dentist told me I needed to get my wisdom teeth out. I went back to Dr. Bozentka because I knew him. I was impressed when I went for my consultation and he remembered me from 10 years ago. I made my appointment for the extraction and when it was time. I was so scared but the Doc relaxed me with small talk. He did a wonderful job! I had a small amount swelling ,pain and healed quickly. Dr. Bozentka call me the next day to make sure I was well. I was off my pain meds in four days .The price I don't know about because my insurance covered it. The staff was great. I do recommend !

I've had two problematic wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Bozentka, and found his staff very calming and he was proficient. Not to mention I had contact him over the weekend due the pain I was in before my procedure, he called back quite quickly. I drive 45 mins just to see him.....Highly recommended.

Implant process took approx. 1 1/2 years to complete. The materials used were from a company that went out of business while in the process of getting implant, which meant retrofitting and special tools. Dr. was constantly late for appointments. On the day I received my post, I sat in the waiting room approx. 1 1/2 hours after fasting 14 hours. I have had the implant approx. 3 years and it is now chipped and will have to be repaired for another $1000.

The dental implant procedure took approximately 9 months. I needed bone grafting to build up my jaw and that adds about 4 months since the graft must be well healed before the implants can be inserted. I had general anesthesia for the grafting and implant insertion and I was totally unaware. I had little pain after these procedures but Dr. Bozentka did prescribe pain medication if I needed it. The hygienists and office staff are great. Everyone is very professional. Dr. Bozentka is a nice guy as well as an excellent oral surgeon. Dental insurance pays nothing for implants so be prepared to pay for everything including the final crowns which are cemented onto the implants. For two implants the total cost was $6000 including bone grafting. It's worth every penny. I feel like I've grown back my own teeth.
