Dr. Koehl was literally the best surgeon I could have asked for. He was extremely knowledgeable of his occupation, and performed my surgery most exceedingly. Definitely one of the best in San Antonio!

I had three teeth extracted and it was almost a pain free experience. Going to the dentist was one of my greatest fears, but I must say with Complete gratitude to Dr. Koehl and staff my visit was one of the most stress free/pain free experiences I've ever had. Dr. Koehl and staff showed a genuine sense of Caring and true professionalism.

I was fearing wisdom teeth extraction; Dr Koehl and his staff made my experience very pleasant (considering the fact I was having all 4 teeth out!). I had been experiencing pain in my lower right jaw, I called, and they saw me the next day- they scheduled my surgery for 2 days after that!
The night after my surgery, he called me and asked how I was doing and if I needed anything, to call him (gave me his personal phone #).
I also had NO swelling!!! He gave me an anti-swelling medication to take the night before my surgery.
I highly recommend Dr. Koehl to anyone who needs any oral surgery work done!

I can't say enough good things about this doctor and his staff, and this comes from a woman who HATES dentists. I genuinely felt that they cared about how I felt and whether the experience was a positive one -- Dr. Koehl himself called me at home the night of my extractions to check on my progress and always made sure that I was not in pain...even days later. Dr. Koehl and his staff are truely competent and caring professionals in every sense ofthe word. I would recommend them to my closest friends.
