Dr. Silberman was the first and still one of the very few general dentists in the entire North Shore area to use a surgical microscope while working on his patient's teeth. The microscope gives Dr. Silberman the precision that he demands from his dental work so that his treatment is more predictable and long lasting. He also trains other dentists on the use of the microscope.
