My daughter visited Dr. Brittain in March, after another Pediatric Dentist in Charlotte wanted to extract a tooth (B) and root canal and crown an additional tooth (A). I wanted a second opinion from Dr. Brittain. He felt she needed an extraction on one tooth(B) but there was no necessary treatment on the other tooth(A).
She felt calm and comfortable during the visit. Dr. Brittain kept conversation with her during the procedure. She received nitrous oxide and novacaine and upon leaving she said, "did they take my tooth out yet?" "It hurt more when Daddy took out my baby tooth." Granted she's only 6 but I was relieved that things went so well.
