I went to Dr. Shaer's office on my 30th birthday so that I could squeeze in a cleaning before I lost my health insurance (after losing my job earlier in the week. It turned out that I had eleven small, new cavities that needed attention. Dr. Shaer showed me photographs that my hygienist had taken of my teeth and the discussed where/why the cavities had developed and how to prevent them in the future.
Her billing specialist and I then had a conversation about some incredibly lenient repayment options for the services which a such an amazing relief after having lost my job.
Dr. Shaer then made time to fill my cavities that very afternoon. The painless procedure went by fairly quickly and was out for a night on the town knowing that my teeth were going to be okay.
About Hygienist: My hygienist was fantastic: she was kind, patient, empathetic and so funny, she kept me smiling throughout the visit!
