I've had 1 or 2 root canals from Dr. Richardsn, where endodontists have failed. Dr. Richardson has never had a problem. I've had deep, deep filings and caps - again, no issues. Dr. Richardson is warm, friendly he looks at you when he speaks to you and never rushes you out of the chair. If my appointment only consist of a cleaning, he has NEVER failed to stop by the exam room and say hi. One story about this wonderful dentist: Several years ago my oldest son got into trouble with a bad wisdom tooth. I called poor Dr. Richardson at home 5 am on a Saturday morning. Within 45 minutes he was up to his office in Rio Linda, relieving my son's pain, wrote a script for medicine, and referred us to an oral surgeon (who also was great) - Dr. Richardson never charged us a penny! He cared about our son, that simple.
Front desk is friendly and efficient, never made a mistake with us. Love the office, always clean and homey.
I tell patients about Dr. Richardson all the time!!
