The facilities are pleasant, the staff is courteous, and Dr. Czekala is very good. The only problem is that it can take three months to get an appointment just for a cleaning. Perhaps this is because the services are in great demand -- the downside of excellence and success. Perhaps the office could hire more hygienists? The doctor's staff will call patients who are waiting for an appointment if an unexpected cancellation occurs, but they don't give you any time to respond to the message. If you can't take the appointment instantly, you're out of luck. I got one of their messages recently, and by the time I was able to call my home health aide and rearrange the day's care schedule for my mother -- all of 5 minutes -- the appointment had been taken. It was very frustrating.
