Root canal. Positive. Appears thorough and knowledgeable. Came recommended as experienced and as having a good success rate in saving teeth. Professional and efficient in regards to office procedures, billing, and chair side manners. Normative in being expensive. Areas of concern. Can't really tell in a few visits but seems to lack interest in & therefore to have poor coordination of care, individualized or patient centered care and pain management. Is clearly a nice friendly person who appears to be an excellent dentist and surgeon but seems to lack time/interest to be there consistently for his patients when concerns arise and to treat each person respectfully or maybe that is due to over scheduling and isn't always true. Probably great for people who are stoical but not so good if you have a history of anxiety or concern for pain, fear of discomfort during or after the procedures or would prefer optimization of comfort.

About Front Desk: Positive. Very efficient with scheduling and insurance. Manner is Businesslike. Professional. Concerns. Appears too busy to address all individual concerns adequately or be completely accurate and helpful in solving problems.
