From appointing staff over the phone, to intake staff at the front desk, to Dr. Isom's clinical assistant Angie, to Dr. Isom himself, every single encounter with each person was reassuring, respectful, kind, professional, skilled, and effective. I was referred out of my usual dental group to Dr. Isom because my own group could not see me for over 6 weeks, despite my pain level. I ended up seeing Dr. Isom in less than a week. He and his staff came in and were able to see me when most of the county was closed due to the snowstorm.

Duration: Under 2 hours. It took this long because Dr. Isom and his staff really listened to and accommodated all of our concerns.
