I've been a patient of Dr. Klausen for several years. He and his staff are always cheerful, friendly, accomodating and very professional. It's a very comfortable setting. Best of all, the office is on the 18th floor of the Foshay Tower, so you can check out the incredible views instead of reading old Readers Digests in the waiting area! Second best thing: If you drive downtown for your appointment, you can park in the heated garage of the Foshay Tower, free of charge (with a voucher from Dr. Klausen's office). Not sure how long the free parking lasts, but I've gone out and done some shopping for a couple of hours after my appointment and still didn't have to pay. Bottom line: Excellent dentist, great staff, and a truly unique location.
