I left Dr. Shaprio because it was such a long drive. After seeing another dentist, I decided the drive was worth it. He recognizes serious situations and fits you into his schedule. His new office is really nice--just wish it were closer to Lake Norman!! Unfortunately, we later had to remove a perfect front crown he'd done becaue of an abcess (resulted in need for a bridge). I've had a lot of complex work done-he's referred me out to excellent specialists. I am glad to be his patient again. He always remains calm, keeps it relaxed--his calm ways along with the aquariams, state of the art technology, his artwork displayed throughout, etc., make it a fine place to relax and let Dr. Shapiro do his thing!
