I had x-rays done and wanted a standard cleaning with floride. I got a speal about needing a scraping and planing done. Then come to find out that a filling on a tooth that had root canal done to it was claimed as being a build up and pins. The procedure was not done. The filling was put in and now I am charged $108 for a filling. There is no help with delta dental to fight this bill until I pay the money and get the x-rays so that I have to fight with the insurance company. The secretary puts off everything to someone else except the bills. If you want your x-rays back good luck!!! Chair-side manners of the hygienist is awfull. The hygenist said that my wifes teeth were floating around and needed to have six teeth pulled. The teeth are healthy by what another doctor says. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST TO ANYONE, HE IS A CHEAT AND A SCAM ARITIST!!!!!!!
About Hygienist: She was jealous of my teeth because I have normally straight teeth. She took her mirror and banged the metal into my bottom front teeth. She got upset that I said to watch out.
