I went to Dr Tjoa for a second opinion in response to a mail out offering services including a complimentary second opinion. Her office staff is delightful and her office setting is beautiful and relaxing. Dr. Tjoa is very professional, kind, considerate, engaging and attentive. She did not suggest any treatment was necessary, contrary to my long time dentist who was encouraging a crown. Doctor Tjoa said she could not find any evidence of a cavity or any need for a crown. One might not expect this for complementary second opinion. But it was good advice and very professionally handled with respect to another dentist's recommendation. On this basis alone, besides her professionalism, I would certainly recommend her and her office.
