Unrecommendable!!
I went to see him because he is on the list that takes my insurance. He recommended invisalign and offered a $1500 discount. In the middle of the treatment, I complained of difficulty in chewing and he told me that my teeth are moving so just chew slowly. Almost at the end of the treatment, I went to my dentist for a check-up and mentioned my problem to her . She noticed that my back teeth don't close properly! Now, how is it that the dentist noticed that and not an ortho? I then communicated that to him and he said I need full braces because invisalign cannot correct everything. So, why did he recommend invisalign? And now, I have to start all over again. When I showed my disapproval, he said, "what more do you want, your teeth are straight and the spaces are filled". Actually, not all the spaces have been filled and the bite is a problem, so he did a half-ass job. He brags that he graduated top of the class but does not know what he is doing. He has assistants doing the work for him and he spends about 5 minutes with each patient. No organization - he is not done with you, leaves for another patient, then comes back. Not to mention his hands shake. Please do not go to him, he is not qualified to practice.

Dr. Humphries, who is that? You will be lucky if he does anything regarding your treatment. His staff of woman, and their qualfications are unknown, do ALL the work. If you are lucky, Dr. Humphries may stroll by and look at what was done. He does absolutely NO work and yet he has the education...does that make sense????

Dr. Humphries provides beautiful results which is the most important thing to me. My son has been in braces for about three years. We always seem to get in and out for our visits even though they are extremely busy. My son is almost done and his whole jaw looks different in a very good way. Dr. Humphries has taken the extra time and care needed for his treatment. Also, my son has ADHD and can be a bit of a challenge and the whole staff has always been so good about dealing with it including Dr. Humphries.

Dr. Humphries is competent but lacks the bed-side manner critical in this field. Four members of my family were treating all at once and he only ended up finishing mine as the other three transferred out prior to completion. My work was fine but I do have the complaint that I paid for services that were not completed yet I never even received an offer of a refund. The review I posted was for my my experince not my wifes who felt he was rude and insulting and only cares about the money. Early on we recommended him to my sister-in-law who had a bad experience as well.
