Dr. Hall's office runs like clockwork. I don't recall ever waiting for more than a minute after checking in. The office is automated and very appealing. Staff members are very competent and patient. My kid has deep anxiety and almost fear of Doctors and Dentists. However, Dr. Hall and staff were very patient and skilled and succeeded in installing an appliance in my daughter's mouth. We are very pleased with Dr. Hall and his staff ! Wonderful service!

Dr. Hall is attentive not only to his patients (my son) he personally gives me an evaluation after every appt. In the initial appt he outlined the treatment plan, length of program so that it is easy to understand. His staff is knowledgeable, professional, responsive to questions and very very friendly. Dr. Hall & staff respect their patients' time. It is important (and you are advised) to be on time for appts because Dr. Hall is on time and prepared in advance! I have not had the experience of arriving and being told he is running behind schedule. In addition, I appreciate the appointment reminder tel. calls. Dr. Hall does not allow patients to slack - he explains exactly how to care for teeth and braces and will tell my son in a kind, no nonsense manner to take better care if he is remiss and how to do it. The interaction between staff (and w/ clients) is comfortable-no anxiety. Even though it is a very busy practice I have never felt rushed - actually the opposite! We have always receive service that is personalized. Our experience with Dr. Hall is very positive and worth the 20 mile drive each way. We wouldn't go anywhere else.
