The facilities are very nice with a tv on the ceiling of each chair so the patient can watch while being worked on. But, Dr. Larson is not very understnading with personal wants and needs, and is not understanding when I spoke up about personal concerns. I prefer a beutiful wide smile, but he made it very narrow which was a big negative. I also don't like that the bottom teeth curve inward; would have prefered if they were nice and straight. The look of the faciilities and experience was OK, but the actual results were not (which is the most important, of course).
