Terrible service, rude office, dr doesn't know what he is doing or aware of what his office staff is doing. They took unacceptable xrays of my elderly fathers teeth, he is on a fixed income. So I took xrays to another dentist and that dentist told me they were unreadableand questioned how Dr Mora diagnosed these bad xrays. I took Dr Mora a letter from the new dentist regarding bad xrays so I can try to get the $25 back for bad xrays,, he flat out refused and office staff denied ever having conversation with me regarding bad xrays. I reported Dr. Mora to the Dental Society.

this was the most pleasant experience i've ever had! dr. mora is very gentle and re-assuring. i was very relaxed and very satisfied with the work i had done.

Awesome office. I have never actually dealt with Dr. Mora since he has two offices but all the dentist's in his office were caring and not judgemental about my teeth. I loved them!

The Dr's are efficient and good at what they do. They make sure you are comfortable, the facilities could use an upgrade. The STAFF, wow, the staff should be re-trained as I feel they are not all on the same page. They are easily distracted, give incorrect appointments, change appointments sometimes without your knowledge until the date of your appointment. The Dr's are good Dr's if only they had the staff to properly provide the Customer Service needed to have a good experience.
About Hygienist: Hygienst were Excellent. THe Hyegenist as well as the Dr's are and were very good, patient and very kind.

Dr Mora is actually a good dentist. I like him a lot. His staff however, is the absolute worst! They have been harrassing me for 3 months now to come in for a check up, after I have already told them 20 different times that my insurance has changed and that I am no longer covered with their office. They started out calling me every other week, then it was every week and now they call me at least twice a week. I don't know how many different people I need to talk to or how many different ways I need to explain the simple task of not calling me anymore!!! If they can't handle a simple request like "do not call me" I'm afraid of what else they can't handle!!!
