Dr. Sendroy's office is known to change the amount that you agreed upon halfway through treatment. They give you strange reasons as to why they have increased the charges. Front desk person is the one who deals with the contracts, billing, etc and is a complete nightmare to deal with. I actually ended up switching orthodontists due to their horrible service. I would not recommend this place to an enemy. Now they have a new ortho that just took over (new grad) and they are charging crazy prices for her - like she has enough experience for this. Don't bother going here!

Although I believe Dr. Sendroy is an excellent orthodontist I beleive that his customer service is not at the same standard. His staff is often rude and unwilling to work with his patients needs and it seems as if they are only concerned about being paid and not the welfare of his clients. However, despite my many complaints I believe that Dr. Sendroy is definitely a qualified orthodontist and I would gladly recommend him if only he would display better customer service.
