I would not recommend dr Lee, although the cost of treatment was very reasonable . he is rude, very mechanical and does not treat his patients nicely.in my personal experience, he refused to acknowledge my discomfort/ pain and said I was crazy ( I had braces and that day I was getting a ring placed on my crown) needless to say I will not continue my treatment with him.
About Front Desk: front desk staff is awesome! very professional and courteous. Jennifer is awesome.

Dr. Lee's office staff are warm and friendly, more than willing to help you with an emergency appointment or just signing you in at the office. Dr. Lee is extremely professional and always make his patients feel comfortable in his dental chair.

I was looking for an orthodontist by my place of business, Holy Cross Hospital. After interviewing several orthodontists, I chose Dr. Lee based on price, location, and treatment plan.
His office is well organized and you do not have a very long wait. He doesn't try to stuff so many patients in a day that he can not spend quality time with his clients. I went to other orthodontists offices where that seemed to be the case.
His office was clean and warm. I really enjoyed my experience and my teeth look great.
