My husband was a child and got braces from Dr. O'Donnell. So my 12 year old son needs braces and we went to Dr. O'Donnell. After visiting him couple times, he refused fixing my son's teeth due to "difficulty of his case." He didn't notify us by mail or simple phone call. His staff was very rude on the phone. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone!

Dr. O'Donnell was my orthodonist when I was a teenager and he ripped my teeth back and forth for FIVE years. One month, he would pull my teeth one way, the next month he would pull my teeth the other way. He would tighten the braces so tight, my gums would BLEED and then yell at me, claiming he had to do so because I was eating the wrong kind of food, which I wasn't. He destroyed the enamel on most my teeth and I will eventually lose my teeth because of this. My eleven year old niece is currently under his care, and he is doing similar things to her. He recently used a wire, that was currently ATTACHED to her other teeth, to SCRAPE off the glue, instead of using a disolvant, while yelling at her for "eating the wrong things" and threatening her with an extra year of braces because of her stupidity. (Her bracket got broken off because her one year old sister whipped a doll at her face, NOT because she was eating the wrong food.) I fear for my niece's teeth, however, he is the only orthodontist in the area who takes Medicaid. I would not recommend him to my worst enemy.
