He was nice at first but was not pleasant each time following. He wouldn't explain things and when my daughter had questions he was quite short with her leaving her with a feeling of unimportance. As much money as braces will cost I expect some care and concern to go along with my buck. We went somewhere else who treats my daughter like a patient and a person not like a number and a dollar.
About Front Desk: They act as if they cannot be bothered and that it is their time that is precious. They don't even look at you when you speak with them nor do they bother to greet you. The office is cold and uncaring.

Dr Norwick and his staff are pleasant and personable. After eight years and of service I am very pleased and would highly recommend.

I am Dr. Norwick's grandson he put braces on me and my teeth are still getting compliments from all the ladies. =)

dr. norwick is a very good orthodontist. he has lived in dearborn for years and he has done a very good job doing what he does. i have fully enjoyed having dr norwick as my orthodontist. i hope to continue going to hom for any orthodontic treatments i may need!
