First, I must say, my daughter’s teeth look amazing and it was a long journey but so worth the results. We absolutely love Dr King and her staff; always professional but more important very personable and caring.
It was so great to have appointments scheduled based on our availabiltiy and not being locked into mornings or afternoons. The flexibility was excellent and convenient. She was even great about working with our regular dentist about a baby tooth concern.
The office is filled with fun games, seasonal décor and she cares about the community non profits like roadrunner foodbank and supporting local athletic teams!
I highly recommend her office for all your orthodontist needs!

After only 2 visits, we left for Dr. Harnick. This woman has a nasty personality. I felt her staff was even used to the feedback and they even seemed intimidated by her. Very rude. Was rude to my child too, which was a big mistake. Spend your money and time with a very professional, service oriented doctor that deserves your business.

I have had some of the worst experiences of my life in her office. She seemed great at first, then as time went on it got worse. She had told me that I only needed braces for a year and a half to two years. Here is the kicker I had them on for almost 7 years. I can't even count how many times she, and her staffs incompitent minds screwed up my braces. My mouth was so raw from all of the wires that came loose or that were too long. I strongly suggest that if you care about your teeth, and you want a great smile, that doesnt look like your gums are scared everywhere, like mine is, DON'T GO TO DR. LISA KING!!!!!!
I know this doctor: 8 and a half years

Dr. King and her staff are great! They work fast, efficient and in a very clean environment. Dr. King's office appears to be fairly new with modern equipment. The treatment area is one large room and she has several technicians working simultaneously with her on several patients. There is a large waiting area in the front of the office with a LOT of magazines available to choose from. It is possible to wait in the small area next to the treatment room; however, it is a very cramped space and primarily a waiting area for patients after they have brushed their teeth and are waiting to get called to their respective chair.
I believe Dr. King's rates to be in-line with other orthodontists of her caliber. My only complaint is the uncomfortable bench seating in the large waiting area. It's padded with a straight back and the seat is too short in depth. Not a big deal for the quick appointments, but - those 40+ minutes seem more like 2hrs on those benches.
We initially chose Dr. King because she is one of the few female orthodontists in the Albuquerque area and my daughter wanted a female doc. We are pleased with our choice. Overall, I'd give Dr. King 5 stars and highly recommend her services to anybody.
