i have been going to this guy since 2007 and all he did was mess my teeth up. They have glue all over that wont go away and the job is not completed. Also he was paid in cash and when i went to his office today located in North Bergen i was told by someone who lives in the area that he had shut down for about 2 months now. He did not make the effort to notify the patients. It's as if i paid him to mess my teeth up for a problem that he said would take 4 years it is almost 8 years. Do you self a favor and stay away. Now i have to find a new doctor and god knows how much id have to pay for him messing up my teeth. I am going to hunt him down and get a dam refund cuz this is just ridiculous. Any with information on this guy please make a post, i have a few choice words for this guy.

MY daughter has been going to dr freedner for 7 years with no change. My daughter was telling me she didn't see a change in her teeth but I didn't listen. when I would ask freedner about her teeth he would just say it's going to take longer because of the overbite but, he never took X-rays to see if there was any progress. He was sometimes very abrupt and nasty. As of 3/8/2014 I went to the office to tell him I wanted to remove her braces. The office I was told has been closed for 2 months without any notification to his patients. Two other mothers were also there. One of the parents had spoken with freedner wife re the situation and she was told he is sick and is retiring. Now we have to find a different orthodontist and have the braces removed from there teeth. We will b suing Dr. Freedner for lack of services.

I walked in and was seen on time. I am a teacher insured by the uft, so I was not sure what they would cover, but without doing an initial evaluation or pretreatment estimate, freedner said he would start on the braces and worry about payment stuff later. This was just yesterday, so I still don't know how that's going to pan out. He looked at my teeth and asked what was the problem. My teeth are perfectly straight, I am just so anal that the teeny tiny gap between my front top teeth bother me. He did not measure my teeth or do any kind of pre treatment, he grabbed some ceramic brackets and cemented them onto my teeth. This whole process was eyeballed and done rather quickly. The brackets seem to be on crooked as the placement on my teeth and the place where the wire will go in each bracket does not line up at all. Since my teeth are already straight, I fear that this will make them crooked once the wire is put on. So I now have a mouth full of crooked brackets, he said that things have to be done step by step, So i go back tomorrow for the wires. I have been google crazy, because I feel like this is so wrong, I don't know, but already it seems so carelessly done. Idk, will update later.
About Front Desk: Nice, but didn't know anything. I tried to make an appointment, and after telling me how busy it gets after school hours, she insisted that's just walk in whenever I feel instead of her making me an appointment. Hmph

he uses dirty gloves he does not change his gloves for his patients

Highly unprofessional dentist office. He did not wear gloves at any point. His work was extremely low quality. The orthodontist and dentist who had to repair Myron's poor work literally laughed and did not believe it was the work of a doctor.

Initially called about getting invisalign with this doctor. Although he does not acually offer invisalign and says he does. All he does is create plastic aligners of your teeth and offer them off as "invisalign." Insurance already paid him, now I'm stuck with him. I have now switched over to regular brackets, which he hasn't even fully put on. Really scummy practice.

Rude and nasty man. If he lost his pasion for his work he should retire... i am going to call my insurance company to have him removed from the list.
