Very busy office, but they are also very rude. Dr Lemchen can be very rude and impatient.

He has been very honest with me about what he can correct and what he cannot...He has referred me to an oral surgeon to fully correct my problem. He is not cheap but you get what you pay for...this is my second time in braces and I wish I had gone to him the first time...

WOW is all I can say about Dr. Lemchen and his office staff. They make you feel so special - and my smile never looked better. They are busy, but don't let that bother you - you will be treated like royalty - everybody from the front desk staff to the assistants to the doctors themselves are so incredibly warm and caring. I would HIGHLY recommend this office.

Dr Lemchen is without doubt the best orthodontist in New York City. His is very knowledgable, up to date with the latest dental techniques and literature and at the same time he is efficient and cares about his patients. His facilities are state of the art, I recommend him to anyone who has any dental problem and wants a successful solution.

Dr. Lemchen and his staff are very pleasant to work with and you never wait more than 5-10 minutes before being treated. I have not gone forward with orthodontic work, but were I to do so, I would certainly use Dr. Lemchen and his staff who were very thorough in their consultation.

He is an amazing orthodontist. His ability to hit the exact right shape and use the right tools is at the top of the game. He is expensive but worth the money. Unfortunately, his front office staff can make you feel like you are something which needs to be processed. Perhaps they are trying to be overly efficient. That being said, they aren't the reason you go to see him -- go because he is a terrific doctor.
