We went to Dr Korch for treatment for my child. She would be better suited to do infomercials on dentistry than actual orthodontic work. She is a great salesperson when she gives you the pitch and plan but is hardly available after you sign up . The first time we called her staff after hours her tech answered 1 day later. I have had other parents whose kids used this dr and were later dismissed from the practice for any complaint. Cant wait for treatment to be complete. It is assembly line dentistry.

Dr. Korch has worked on both of my children. My first experience was good. My son loved the tecnhnician Ashley. We asked for her specifically for all his visits. I came back with my other son just 2 1/2 years later and it's basically a whole new team. Unfortunately, they don't seem very knowledgable and my son has complained alot. For the price, it's not worth it! She is very expensive. I will not be returning with my daughter. It looks very bad for an employer with a large turnover rate. It makes me question the doctors integrity.

Over priced, and the service didn't make it any better. You can get much better care and service for the money anywhere.

About Front Desk: Is it possible to give less than zero stars? The front desk is helpless. I changed my address numerous times--they are still sending my mail to my ex's house. When I would ask for verification on the money I had spent, and what my insurance company sent it, if I had any questions about the process, Crystal always made me feel as though I was an inconvenience. Most recently, I called to inquire about a check my insurance company had paid directly to their office after my account had been paid in full. It had been there for over a month. I wonder if they would have sent it to me at all if I hadn't been notified that it had been sent. Very shady company, I will never recommend this outfit to anyone.

Dr. Korch and team are amazing! My smile is now my best feature and its all thanks to Dr. Korch. The front desk girls are so friendly and accomodating and the certified technicians are knowledgable and caring. All in all a great office!!

Dr korch is very busy and always behind. she got very snippy with an employee and seems very frustrated when my boys.are there. The hygentists are awesome as well as the receptionists. Dr korch is also not in the office alot when im there, ive seen two other dr that are not even affiliated with her practice and one day there was no doctor at all!! I think maybe she needs a partner she seems to busy to run her office properly!
