Dr. Dressler is fine - his office hours, however, need some revision. He is treating primarily school age kids and his office hours do not accomondate them.
About Front Desk: The office hours are not convenient for school kids and working parents. The earliest they are open is at 8:30 and the latest is 4:15. You can hang up getting an appointment before your kid goes to school or after you get off of work.

I love dr dresseler very nice but his assients are horrible and they gave me the wrong color i asked nicely for neon pink i got this ugly rose color ugly as heck and she was talking more to her little friends (the assiants ) than doing my teeth she even got up for a long time talking about their armpits i hated it and she did not even listen i love dr dressler he is super nice and cares about his patients but i hated thoes girls and the office is so boring . Gosh i think he needs new assiants and they said i would get my rubberbands that day LIARS they did not give them to me i even asked for them but i got a answer that made me pissed they said later when it was time to leave this color is ugly and they should listen to what their patents want i hope the adjustment goes well
