After taking her to her dentist a week after her braces came off, the dental hygentist
commented on what an excellent job her orthodontist team did also on removing the braces. They told me that a lot of orthodontists leave a lot of residue on the surface that takes a long time to remove. Our appointment was much shorter than we had thought it would take for a cleaning!
Such a wonderful experience at this office!!!!! It shows how they really take their time and care! We never felt rushed during the 2 years we visited!
Prior to meeting Dr. Ball, my child had gone to another orthodontist for her first round of braces that offered a lot of bells and whistles, but it always felt like a group of salespeople we were dealing with.
So, I was so happy to find a orthodontist that spoke and made us feel comfortable without too many distractions or a long wait.
About Front Desk: The front desk staff is friendly and we never had to wait long for our appointments during the two years. The office is always clean and welcoming with great magazines to read!

Dr. Ball and his staff are an absolute pleasure. They are all very polite and willing to help in any way. My son was not the best subject to work on but they continued to work with him. I am very pleased at the results.

Staff was very polite. Treatment was very low stress for the most part. My teeth turned out great.
