Great Experience and so friendly! We have loved this office and they make it fun for my kids (third to go through braces) and Dr. Trapnell really is so friendly and gets to know you!

Never never never. My daughter's teeth went crooked in less than 3 months after removing the braces. He refused to fix them unless we paid again. The other orthodontists we go to have a one year retention policy. Dr Trapnell did not care. When we mailed him a letter to express our concerns, he met with my husband. Crumbled up the letter in front of him and said "we will pretend this did not exist." After that, I started researching and asking questions in our area. Seven of my dear friends had similar experiences as far as teeth going crooked. I highly recommend either Dr. Barrows in Spanish Fork or Dr. Warren in Springville. BOTH are perfectionist and both carry a one year retention. And just like Dr Trapnell - the consult is always free.
