Dr. Horwitz and her team are knowledable, kind, and caring. I had jaw surgery. She showed up at the hospital and stayed with me until they took me in to the OR. I would highly recommend her. My sons went to a different othodontist. He was good but they did not get the level of care I enjoyed with Dr. Horwitz. She is the best!!!

professional staff, especially Robin, takes care of the billing and always helpful.
staff is always in a good mood, and kind, pretty too.
Dr. Horwitz takes pride in her work, and is very friendly.
An excellent West Seattle office.

It is true, her office is like a spa.... her work is as anyone would expect an Orthodontist's work to be... which is good and it works. But the office skills are haughty, the hours she has available surround someone who can afford to take so much time and so many days off. but to add more -- her front reception needs kindness, not their nose up.
