Went for a consultation for teeth straightening. He was very unprofessional. He suggested to pull two of my teeth without taking images or x-rays. He was also very inpatient. Although his price is $1000 less than other orthodontists, I would rather choose the other orthodontist I would trust.

My experience with Dr Teng lead me to question his professional ethic. He does not deliver what he promised, and he was reluctant to admit his being incompetent and making wrong decisions during the treatment process. When he was asked about a second opinion, He would give ambiguous answers at the beginning even though he knew the other doctor's suggestion would be his choice of treatment eventually. This way, he gives the patient false hope and thus lure the patient to his business. As a doctor, he should be frank about the treatment plan and be open about what he can/cannot do.

Dr. Teng is someone who obviously loves his job. He throughly enjoys making his patients smiles perfect. He is well educated and I would recomend him to anyone.

I love Dr. Teng and his staff! Dr. Teng dressed up as Willie Wonka for Halloween! Those guys are great!

Ok- I rated the stress and anxiety just ok because I don't like going to have my teeth adjusted, not because of anything bad they've done. :-) I like Dr. Teng. He is amazing in his work, and I like him as a person, too. He has a very soft side. He doesn't show it immediately, but it is defenitely there. He is unpretentious, and cares about his patients and his staff. All of his staff love him. I've had good results from my braces with Dr. Teng. He really likes to use the latest techniques to get the best results. Overall, my experience at his Redmond office has been very good. His financing manager, Debbie, is great, too.
