Dr. Lout provided the best overall experience I have ever had with a Pediatric Dentist. My 7 yr old child received his semi annual teeth cleaning, x-ray, fluoride treatment at the beginning of January. The check in process was done easily and conveniently by adding my insurance and background information once the system stored my records and treatments for all subsequent visits. After a short wait my child was escorted in for x-rays, and then the cleaning chair. My child's normally tense dentist visit was much more relaxing with the bright color scheme and HDTV's showing Disney's tangled. Before the cleaning Dr. Lout and the Hygeniest came over to introduce themselves and help put my son at ease. After a thorough and painless cleaning Dr. Lout came by to inspect my son's teeth which he did gently and reassuringly. He then took the time to show my son and me the xrays which included a cavity, unfortunately flossing remains a struggle, while also answering any questions or concerns. His calm demeanor and casualness helped alleviate any added stress, and he was able to get us in for an appointment to have it fixed the following week. Overall great experience given the struggles I have had finding a good, honest Pediatric dentist
About Front Desk: The front desk staff was polite and helpful when I had questions regarding the electronic check-in system. Additionally they were prompt in getting us in and out for our appointment as well as scheduling the cavity procedure.

My son is NOT afraid of the dentist thanks to Dr. Lout's demeanor. We think he's terrific.

I was never able to get in to see Dr. Lout due to his extremely rude staff who treated me so poorly that I cancelled my appointment and walked out of the waiting room with my 3 year old son. To be more specific, the two women working at the front desk (Debbie and Melanie) had us waiting for over 40 minutes in an empty waiting room, never addressing us in any way. When I approached the desk, both women came at me with a very negative attitude telling me that I had been late (by 5 minutes) and therefor they did not know when my son would be seen. When I told them I had a previous appt. to get to, they said they could reschedule me. I told them not to bother. Dr. Lout needs to re staff the front desk if he wants to run a successful practice.
