Dr. Eisenstein is AMAZING! He is a Harvard graduate. What patients get in this office is QUALITY dentistry, period.

see him every six month and he does not remember what he tells you.
About Front Desk: and the front desk is the WORST... Liz is very rude calls me by the wrong name... the only doctor's office that make you confirm your own appointments... who does this...office always runs late. I was there for cleanings and I was there from 9:30-11:00am... I was there before the staff...

My child did a check-up at the dentist at the end of September of 2011. They are a horrible group of staff members. The front desk asks for your entire social security number when not necessary. Appointments have been canceled by my child multiple times when needed the most. If you're running late from work or school, they don't allow waiting more than 10 minutes to arrive to your dentist appointment. I wouldn't recommended this pediatric dentist to anyone if it killed me.

Dr Sam Eisenstein did an amazing job for my 4 year old girl. She was at ease with him and he did an amazing job. I would highly recommend him and his staff to anyone who needs a great dentist. His facility is not (the best looking) but he makes up for that with his expertise and amazing dedication to his patients. Great dentist = Great teeth!!!

Dr. Eisenstein gives a sedative to ALL of his patients before doing any work other than a cleaning. My son vomited and had terrible diarrhea from the sedative, and after waiting for 2 hours in the cramped, disgusting waiting room, he refused to see him. The rude hygienist would not even let me speak to the doctor. So basically, my son was ill, I wasted 2 hours of my life, and took an entire day off of work for nothing. There were other patients there whose children also were nauseous from this sedative - Vistaril, I think. I doubt a dentist should automatically be sedating children before he/she even knows if he/she will be a "problem" patient.

specially Lori were very nice and professional.
I am proud to have them take care of our son.
