For those contemplating treatment from Dr. Mazzeo, he is without a doubt, the most professional, competent and empathetic Dentists I have had the priviledge of having in over 23 years! It took no more than two visits to Dr. Mazzeo to have my complete and every confidence. From an Orofacial patient standpoint, Dr. Mazzeo proved to be completely undivided in his attention towards ALL of my underlying and contributing needs. As time progressed, he became more involved and exhausted every imaginable means, technique and method available in the field of dental/orofacial pain abatement to resolve my issues. He became more of a confidant that I could rely on when times were tough. Many of you may not understand this, but when your doctor calls you back repeatedly to see how previous procedures have resulted, and to see how you are progressing (personally), this goes far beyond one's normal practice. This is certainly THE MOST spectacular customer service one can hope for. He is not in it for the money, notoriaity (which he already has) and you are not just another "body" coming through the repair pipeline. In closing, Hawaii lost a great man & Bethesda received a tremendous asset! I truly miss him......
