I am not sure who these parents are who wrote those lies but I am pretty sure it was the doctor. This doctor need to shut down her practice. I too my 10 year old son to her office since he had toothache. She did x rays and determined 2 teeth needed simple extraction. Those 2 teeth are his baby teeth and the cost per extraction is $135.00. She planned on putting my son under sedation for 2 baby teeth which will in 4 months fall out on their own. Her fee for sedation is $1,000. I refused to allow a dentist to sedate my child. Sedation is only for emergency only. Sedation is high risk. This dentist is all about money. Parents who love their children should avoid this doctor.
About Front Desk: Her front desk staff is rude. The guy need a speech therapist.

Dr. Williams and staff are professional, competent, and excellent with children. Dr. Williams cares about the whole patient and thoroughly answers all your questions. You will not be disappointed with the care your child will receive.

Dr. Allen-Williams is the best pediatric dentist in my area. Her office is so geared toward children. It is a very state of the art warm and friendly place. It was the best experience my children could have had at the dentist!!! I strongly recommend.
