I took my son to this office for cleaning. It took for the hygienist total of 10 minutes to clean my 9-year-old sons teeth. The hygienist did not say a single sentence to my son. She was so rushing to do it fast, that my son's gums start bleeding. I will never come back to this office again.

The waiting room is on the small side, but there are tv's everywhere including the exam room so my daughter felt very comfortable. The hygenist and dentist showed my daughter the different tools before using them for check-up & cleaning. They took her photo at the end of her first visit and mailed it to her. In addition to a new toothbrush, my daughter got to pick out a toy at the end of her visit. My daughter was at ease during the visit except when they put the tube in her mouth that sucks the water out (she doesn't like noisy apparatuses!). Other than that, everyone was very nice and friendly.
