Dr Lieu herself is very nice.
But the staff, that's another story! They billed me wrong, I called them, they told me it would be fixed, and the next month I received the same bill with interest! That's when I lost patience and never returned.
Very often you see the staff doing nothing or chitchatting, but they won't help you when you walk in the office. So unprofessional.

Their assistant were very rude and very unprofessional. Especially the red-headed dental assistant. She had the nerve to say comments about my me to the other staff while I was waiting in the dental chair. Do not go to these people. They were also not willing to disseminate the cost of the procedure until I asked several times.
