Dr. Mier-Bautista is good at what she does but I give her low ratings on being thorough and follow-up. She will do what needs to be done, but doesn't communicate well what she is going to do or why it is needed. She had written down that I needed a certain procedure and that she would do it the next time around, because that day she was too busy. The next apppointment when I returned, she had forgotten all about it and never followed up with me. When she does talk to me, she doesn't sound confident starting sentences with 'I think...' or 'Maybe it's because...'. Doesn't leave a warm fuzzy inside. I had periodontitis and she never gave me any good solutions or recommendations to how to treat it. At the end, I went to a different dentist.
About Hygienist: The hygienist was good. She seemed thorough and gave good advice about what to do to try to treat symptoms. She answered questions well. Maybe the hygienist should train to be the dentist instead.

Me and my family see Dr.Bautista and our experience has been a great one especially with my 4 year old it was a piece of cake with no problems whatsoever she is great with kids.

Overall, the experience was a good one. Dr. Mier-Bautista is the second dentist I've seen in my life and so far, she has proven to take care of what needs tending to.
