Dr. Ngai (Peter) runs a family style practice wherein he gets to know his patients and their overall health patterns in order to prescribe the best dental maintenance program. When I first went to Peter, I had gum disease which Peter told me he could treat but he was refering me to a specialist to insure I received the absolute best treatment available. For a smaller, family style operation, I felt Peter had my best interests at heart and had demonstrated so by passing up some billable treatment that he could have done himself. Peter got me on a plan to save several already bad teeth about 8 years ago and these teeth are still hanging in there today. I swear by Dr. Ngai and his practice and will not take my sensitive dental needs anywhere else.

About Front Desk: Tammy has been with the practice at least since I have been treated with this practice. She is consistently pleasent and always on top of and out front with my insurance coverages. I love this as I am a mizer. Though Patti is new she is pleasent as well and seems to be fitting in to the family atmoshpere nicely. I still must atmit that I miss seeing and conversing with Erica who retired a while back...

About Hygienist: Lisa has been around the past 4 years or so, is always on time, extremely pleasent and engaging and most importantly goes out of her way to make cleanings and examinations as painless as possible.

Crown work and extensive deep cleaning , I have had a pleasant experience during my procedures, I would highly recommend Dr ngai to friends and family

I left this dentist a few years ago. My family felt his chair-side manner was abrupt and judgmental. I had an incident where a crown was not seated correctly and he blamed me for it. It was both costly and painful to correct. The office stopped their relationship with my insurance which I was unaware of and our out of pocket fees became way out of reach for us. My kids HATED going to him and my spouse was not thrilled with him either. He had told each one of us that there were issues he was 'watching' in our teeth but our current dentist cannot determine what he could have been talking about. 3 years later, I am having to have Dr. Ngai's work redone.
