AFter making the appointment and explaining I needed four teeth pulled and wanted to be fit for dentures, they welcomed me with open arms.... until I actually saw the dentist... Dr. Wong. They were more than willing to take xrays and do a complete exam ONLY because my insurance pays 100% for this procedure. AFter the exam the dentist told me he couldn't do anything for me. Wth?? I explained what I was being seen for, and they still told me to come in for the appt. They only wanted my insurance dollars to pay for the exam then sent me out the door!! I have to find another dentist now, who will then want an exam and xrays, which we cannot pay for, because our insurance already paid for this and we are done with Dr Wong!

My family of 4 loves this dentist. He and his staff are professional and sympathetic. They are always available and accommodating. Dr. Wong explains everything he intends to do, provides alternatives when possible and always stops during treatment to ask me if I am OK. He is a true professional without being stuffy or condescending. You can't go wrong with him or his office staff.
About Hygienist: Dr. Wong does his own Hygienist work. He's awesome!

Dr. Wong is AWESOME! All of his staff are friendly, professional and personable. He explains what's going on from the past visit to the current (and shows you too).
Dr. Wong is sensitive when doing a filling to ensure no pain.
Everyone in my family goes to Dr. Wong - me, my husband, my daughter, my three step-sons, my ex-husband, his wife, the ex-wife and her new husband. Jerry Springer here we come :-)

My entire family has been patients of his for the last 3 years and he's been by far the best. His staff is friendly and are always open to working with our schedules. The office facilities are clean and use up to date technology.
As for Dr. Wong himself, he's gentle and very thorough about cleanings and explaining dental procedures.
I definitely recommend him to anyone in the area seeking a professional yet friendly dentist!
