Dr. Kangas did half of my mouth in crowns and root canals. I have had these front crowns since 1989. I am now living in Montana and just made my first visit to Dr. Scott Schroeder in Missoula. He said that I had some of the nicest dental work that he had ever seen. The crowns after this many years were outstanding! Thank you Dr. Kangas!!

While Julie Kangas is a smart businesswoman and has created a financially thriving enterprise, her dental office is not as focused on the patient or the patient's needs as the bottom line. I cant help but feel the high cost of dental insurance is due to practices such as hers. The office is beautiful and bustling, but it is very sad that it is so focused on making money instead of helping people who are experiencing dental pain and seeking treatment. The dentists are rushed and not sensitive. The pressure to pay a huge amount for a complete overhaul was inappropriate. As much as I have tried to give this office the benefit of the doubt on the 3 occasions I received treatment, I will seek a new dentist for myself and my family and will recommend to my friends in the community to go elsewhere.

I felt Dr Kangas did not listen to I really wanted my smile to look like. Dr Kangas spoke down to me and is a very cold and aloof person. The staff is 'fake' and I hear them gossiping and chattering - totally unprofessional! I was looking for a nice environment and not caring to pay a little more for - but not at Citracado Dental Group with Dr Kangas and staff.
