Overall, I have been very happy with the dentistry and the staff. Happily, I've not needed a lot of work from Dr Malone, but when I have, it's been well done. I appreciate how carefully he explains what needs to be done and why, treating me with respect. On a couple of occasions he's referred me to specialists (for root canals) and these were excellent referrals. I am very pleased with his work.
About Hygienist: Very friendly and accommodating. Very interested in dental hygiene information and keeping the problems away. Only complaint is that the hygienist tries too hard to sell work that is not really necessary, sounding like a car salesman. Other than this, however, I have no complaints at all. The work is first-rate.

After consultation, we agreed that veneers and crowns (upper front) were my best choice. Dr. Malone helped me with detailed planning for color and shape. Procedure took most of the day but I did not experience any pain or discomfort. Healing process was quick and uneventful. I was able to utilize credit option with 12 months interest free. I am very pleased with the results. Dr. Malone and his staff are very friendly and caring. I can confidently refer others to Dr. Malone.
About Hygienist: Marie is meticulous and thorough about cleaning and diligent about educating you in how to better care for your teeth. Very friendly!

Dr. Malone is very gentle and caring. He does a very good job and the cost is average.

I was very pleased with the friendly staff. They go out of their way to make sure patients are comfortable and relaxed. The massage chairs and parrafin hand treatments are the best!! I highly recomend this dentist office.

I had a negative experience with him. His craftsmanship was poor, my procedure failed, and I have recieved no help from him in resolving the issue to my satisfaction.

He did a good job for me - excellent craftsman and seems to be very interested in overall dental health. Was more thorough than previous dental care provided.

My opinion of Malone is that he is uncaring, unprofessional and a poor businessman as far as his patients physical and financial concerns go. My wife and I both have had his procedures fail which have both had to be redone at our expense of course, by another Dental office. I would never recommend using him. Quite the contrary.
