Dr. Vidales does not dedicate her time to just one patient. She switches back and forth betweent patients at the same time so you can't really count on being in the office for less than 2 hrs. When you visit her you can count on being with her for at least 4 hrs for something that should take an hr. If it's for a big procedure like a root canal forget about it you're in there for a whole work day ! all the work she has ever done on me has fallen apart, i ended up going to a different detist where I
now feel more at home.
Her staff on the other hand is very nice , her facility very clean, she has a kid friendly facility, the whole staff speaks Spanish , and a very up to date facility when it comes to technology, other than that nothing else.
